I don't teach martial arts, but techniques to use in a street protection situation. I would take too long
to teach one what I have learned in over (40) years, so I organized techniques instead.
Learning self-defense can improve your confidence, physical fitness, and ability to protect yourself in dangerous situations. My best technique, especially for women, is the Small Wooden Stick, videos because it takes about a year, is legal to carry, and gives women an edge if being attacked by a man.
This is not a class, but my demonstration and training methods should be effective after training yourself, for one year. These are techniques that when used the attacker is over within a few moves.
I show techniques that are dangerous to any attacker, so if I use a method, I think they could
become ghosted or I could go to prison, so be mindful not just physical.
